This means that I am joining in a zen buddhist group on thursday. And more importantly I have made contact with a teacher of the fourth way.
For those of you who are not familiar with the fourth way, you could try googling the word 'gurdjieff' on google and see what comes up. In any case the fourth way is a technique and set of ideas conveyed to modern western man by G.I.Gurdjieff in the early part of the last century.
My wish is to become more self aware through practicing fourth way techniques, and by clearing my mind using zen buddhist meditation.
